Cancellation Policy
Please make sure your child has eaten before their appointment. No extra guest allowed during appointment including parents. No tantrums, including kicking, and screaming, will be tolerated If your child display any of those behaviors, the appointment will be forfeited in including the deposit. ​Please be on time and communicating advance for any reason regarding your appointment. After 10 minutes of $15 late fee will be applied after 20 minutes appointment will be canceled. Rescheduled appointments must be made 24 hours in advance to use deposit. No deposits will be refunded for cancellations. To ensure we have enough time to be perfect, please follow our prep checklist: Hair must be clean and freshly washed.
